An emphasis is placed on aligning good and efficient service to groups and individuals with the quality of ingredients and simplicity guided by the principles of cooking. The restaurant is one of the most productive in the country and served a record high of 900 guests in one day. The site received 151,000 visitors last year, including the millionth visitor since its inception.
